About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their operational challenges, and recommending software solutions that genuinely improve the way they work. From the first conversation to the successful closure of a sale, you will manage the complete customer journey while building long-term business relationships.

Your objective is to understand each client unique needs and recommend the solution that delivers the greatest value to their business.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the complete sales lifecycle, from qualifying leads to successfully closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
The role includes identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, conducting product presentations, following up with prospects, negotiating commercial discussions, and ensuring that every lead receives timely and professional communication.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records within the company CRM system, updating lead progress, scheduling follow-ups, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring that every opportunity is managed efficiently throughout the sales process.
Working closely with the technical and project teams, you will help clients understand how our software solutions address their business challenges while consistently working towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
