Role Overview
As a Software Developer at Corbit, you will work on building and improving real-world applications across different domains.
This is not a role where everything is predefined. You will be expected to explore, learn, and execute with responsibility. You will work on different types of problems, and your ability to adapt will matter more than what you already know.
Tech Stack
We work with a wide range of technologies, including:
MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
Flutter
React Native
PostgreSQL
REST APIs and backend systems
And beyond that — any stack.
What matters is not the stack. What matters is your ability to adapt.
Tomorrow we might be building something completely different. The expectation is that you are willing to learn and work with whatever is required.
How We Work
At Corbit, we follow a bounty-based system.
Work is divided into feature-based tasks (bounty cards). Each task has a defined scope and a budget.
You can pick tasks, complete them, and contribute based on output.
This means:
You get clarity on what needs to be done
You take responsibility for completing it
You get the opportunity to earn based on the work you do
Your growth is directly connected to your contribution.
Foundational Understanding Required
You should have a basic understanding of:
How web and mobile applications work
Frontend, backend, and API flow
Core programming concepts (preferably JavaScript or similar)
Reading documentation and implementing features
You don’t need to know everything. But you should be able to learn and apply.
Experience
We are open to:
Freshers
Developers with 1–3 years of experience
Self-taught developers
We do not focus on degrees.

Even small projects are valuable if you were involved in actually building them.
